We consider most types of lawful firearms, including handguns, rifles, shotguns, collectible firearms and complete firearm collections. The firearm’s condition, manufacturer, model, rarity and current market demand will all affect its value.

Do you purchase individual firearms or only large collections?
We purchase everything from individual firearms to complete collections and estates. Whether you have one firearm or an extensive collection, you can submit the details for review.
For larger collections, please provide an estimated quantity and several overview photographs. We may contact you for a complete inventory or additional information.
Do you purchase ammunition, accessories or firearm parts?
We may consider ammunition, optics, magazines, cases, accessories and related items when they are included with a firearm or collection. Please list these items in your submission and include photographs when possible.
Acceptance of accessories or ammunition is determined individually. Do not ship ammunition or other restricted materials unless we have specifically approved them and provided instructions.
Do you purchase firearms that are damaged or no longer working?
Possibly. We consider firearms in many different conditions, including firearms with cosmetic wear, missing parts or mechanical problems.
Please describe any known damage, modifications or operating issues honestly. Clear photographs help us provide a more accurate initial evaluation.
Do you purchase antique or collectible firearms?
Yes, we are interested in many antique, historic and collectible firearms. Manufacturer markings, serial numbers, condition, originality, documentation and provenance may significantly affect collector value.
Please include detailed photographs of the firearm, markings and any accompanying boxes, paperwork or accessories.
How do I receive an offer for my firearm?

Is the initial online offer guaranteed?
An online offer or estimate is based on the information and photographs provided. The final offer may be confirmed or adjusted after the firearm is physically inspected and its identity, condition and included accessories are verified.
Providing complete and accurate information helps reduce the likelihood of an adjustment.
What photographs should I submit?
Photograph the firearm in a well-lit area against a plain background. Include clear images of:
Both complete sides
Manufacturer and model markings
Barrel, stock, grips and major components
Visible wear, rust or damage
Included boxes, magazines, optics and accessories
Please make sure the firearm is unloaded and handled safely while taking photographs.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We review submissions as quickly as possible and will typically respond with an offer within a business day. Response times may vary depending on the size of the collection, the quality of the information submitted and whether additional research is needed.
Submitting clear photographs and complete descriptions usually helps us evaluate the property more efficiently.
Do I need an appointment to sell a firearm locally?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours.
Appointments are still recommended for large collections, estates or situations that may require additional evaluation time. You can also submit photographs and firearm details online before visiting so our team can review the items in advance.
Do you serve customers outside Reno and Sparks?
Yes. We work with firearm owners throughout Northern Nevada, including sellers traveling from Carson City and surrounding communities.
Do you purchase firearms from outside Nevada?
Yes. We work with firearm owners, collectors and estates throughout the United States. Start by submitting the firearm or collection through our online offer form.
Can I ship a firearm directly to you?
In many situations, an individual may send a firearm to a federally licensed firearms dealer. However, the permitted method depends on the firearm, the sender’s location, applicable laws and the policies of the available carrier.
Do I need to use a local firearms dealer to ship my firearm?
It depends on the firearm, your location and the available shipping method. Some transactions may be shipped by the individual owner, while others may need to be handled through a local federally licensed firearms dealer.
We will explain the appropriate process after reviewing your submission. Do not assume that one shipping method applies to every transaction.
Should I ship my firearm before receiving an offer?
No. Please do not ship a firearm simply because you completed the online form.
The normal process is:
Submit the firearm’s information and photographs.
Allow us to review the submission.
Discuss and accept an offer.
Receive written shipping and documentation instructions.
Ship only after the transaction has been approved.
Unapproved shipments may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
How should I package a firearm for shipment?
After the transaction is approved, we will provide instructions based on the firearm and shipping method. You can also find them here.
In general, the firearm must be unloaded, secured against movement and packaged in a strong, unmarked outer box. Do not place ammunition in the same package as a firearm.
Who pays the shipping costs?
We pay the shipping costs and provide insurance for the full value of the firearm during transit.
After your offer is accepted, we will send you the approved shipping instructions and any required prepaid shipping label. Do not ship the firearm until you have received those instructions from us.
Ownership, Estates and Special Items
What identification or documentation will I need?
Sellers should be prepared to provide valid government-issued identification and any transaction documents requested during the process.
Additional documentation may be required for estates, trusts, businesses, inherited property or firearms subject to special regulation.
Can I sell an inherited firearm or estate collection?
Yes, inherited firearms and estate collections may be submitted for evaluation. The person handling the transaction must have the legal authority to sell the property.
Do you purchase NFA-regulated firearms or suppressors?
Yes. We purchase suppressors and other lawfully transferable NFA-regulated firearms.
What happens if the firearm is different from its submitted description?
We will contact you if the physical inspection reveals a meaningful difference in model, condition, configuration, authenticity or included accessories.
You will have an opportunity to review any revised offer before the transaction is completed. If the amended offer is declined, the return costs will be the sellers responsibility.
Payment and Privacy
How and when will I be paid?
The payment method and timing will be confirmed before the transaction is completed. Payment is issued after the firearm has been received, inspected and accepted according to the agreed terms.
Large collections, estates or unusual transactions may require additional processing time.
Is my personal information kept private?
Information submitted through our offer and appointment forms is used to review the proposed transaction and communicate with you.
We do not publicly display customer names, firearm information or submitted photographs.
Am I required to accept an offer?
No. Submitting information or requesting an evaluation does not obligate you to sell and our appraisal system is a free service.
The transaction moves forward only after the offer and applicable terms have been accepted.
